Signatory Services PDF Print E-mail

There are occasions when the available in-house Signatory resource simply isn't sufficient to cope with demand. Or it may be that your business model requires a level of flexibility in your permanent headcount. Whatever the reason, we can provide skilled, experienced Signatories to help.

Certification, Examination and review
We can supply Medical and non-medical signatory support. Our consultants can operate remotely or within your own office. All our Signatories are familiar with both hard-copy and electronic systems and where possible we provide 24-hour turnaround for all levels of review.

We only engage the highest quality of consultant Signatory. They are all people we have worked with before and whose judgement we trust. We constantly update our Signatories so that they remain current in their knowledge of PMCPA rulings. All understand how to harmonise the practical realities of marketing campaigns with the application of the Code.

When budget is a consideration, we recommend review by our non-medical signatories first. By applying their high standards, material is only passed for Medical Signature when it is ready, so the physician needs to spend less time on the review.

Signatory Training & Coaching
We can provide customised training courses to support the development of aspiring and experienced Signatories - whatever their role within the approval process. Being a Signatory is not a about having a knowledge of the Code, however, it's about knowing how to apply that knowledge - and about an awareness of the regulatory environment beyond the Code. We don't lecture - we train. And then we coach.

Advice & support in interpretation and implementation of the Code
Whether you are from Medical, Marketing or Sales, we can help. Please call Steven on 07984 59 8585 or email us: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
