Teaching the content of the 25 clauses of the ABPI Code of Practice is not difficult.
However, experienced practitioners, know that the application of the ABPI Code is as much art as science.

Operating 'within the grey' is a skill in its own right. Knowing what is allowed can often be more difficult to define than identifying what is not. No company wants a letter from the PMCPA or MHRA alleging a breach.
